Can I create a Arc with two lines (as tangent line) and R of the circle in netdxf ?

In order to break away from Autocad thoroughly to create dxf files.
I did not found this function in Arc.cs.

There is no direct way to create an Arc entity with those arguments, but it is an easy problem to solve. Basically what you need to do is:
  1. Find the intersection point (O) and angle between the two tangents.
  2. Find the distance between O and the center (C) of the arc or circle. You know the three angles of the triangle formed by the bisector and one of the tangents, and since one of your parameters is the radius, applying the law of sines you can find that value.
  3. Find the coordinates of C with the distance OC and the angle of the bisector.
  4. Find the start and end angles of the arc with the perpendicular lines of both tangents.
