Before remove INSERT from document, you have to be sure than this INSERT not used in any GROUP of document, otherwise in this GROUP will be stored death reference to this INSERT

Actually, that happens with all entities. Removing an entity that belongs to a group should not be possible. I just forgot to add the group to which it belongs to the Reactors list. I will fix that. Nevertheless, loading or saving files with groups that points to nonexistent entities should not cause any problems, they are just skipped.

The group should be removed first from the document's groups list or the entity from the group's entities list before removing it from the document.

Yes, thank you. I realized this when a library provides a lot of mistakes when I try to save a file in which the block has been removed from the document, but the link to it was left in a group. I on debugging and realized what I was wrong. And I just removed all groups in document, i do not need them.
